Refund policy

Signed paperbacks: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in original, unread condition. To start a return, email us at eprewitt@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the item.
Audiobooks (digital downloads): Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all audiobook sales are final. If your download is defective or you received the wrong title, contact us at eprewitt@gmail.com and we'll replace the file or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Damaged or incorrect items: We cover these 100% — replacement or full refund including your original shipping cost, no return-shipping charge to you.
Order cancellations: You can cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. Signed paperbacks can't be cancelled once they've been signed.
